2026 Audio Description Awards

I am honored to be the recipient of the 2026 Barry Levine Memorial Award for Career Achievement in Audio Description by the American Council of the Blind’s Audio Description Project.  This video features the complete awards presentation.  My acceptance begins at approximately the 20-minute mark, though I invite you to enjoy the full ceremony and join me in celebrating the professionals who continue to advance audio description and accessibility.

A Day in the Life of Jane

The story that started it all. A simple conversation with my friend Jane Carona became the inspiration for the Blind Muse Foundation. Through friendship, curiosity, and honest conversation, Jane reminds us that understanding begins by asking questions and taking the time to listen.

Hosted by a local Seventh-day Adventist Church and featuring the National Federation of the Blind and leaders from Ebenezer AME Church, this story celebrates the power of faith, partnership, and inclusion.
